Kunzt
Disruptive Art Critic
Kunzt is a streaming service for the art scene, the artists and art buyers in Norway.
The redesign of the Kunzt logo included many “ready to use” versions, with all the different identity colors available. This package included short logo videos for intro/ending, bumpers (in-between graphic) and logo establishment.
The Kunzt logo already had trades of a masculine, bold logo. I redrew the logo early on in our collaboration. The logo was kept as the main face outward, and the base for more elements. I wanted to emphasize the disruptive nature, imitating a sports brands aggressiveness with a “in your face” approach, making it even bolder and tougher.
That result ended in a flexible pattern from video 16:9, to circle, Instagram square and vertical format, wider web site header.

Kunzt make really great content and check out their site!
The main logo, in simple rectangle format. Further exploration I could use the rectangle in new ways.
The redrawing for the first book. It needed a cleanup, and some parts weren't balanced, for instance the Z and the kerning (the gap between the characters was off) needed to be leveled, turning a quick simple type logo into a sleek logotype.
For the first book I tested a letter composition of the logo. It should be possible to read Kunzt even-though the letters were cut and the whole name is not visible. We really liked that treatment. Using this concept I created a pattern that have a bold and in your face statement.
The pattern in different format and still be readable
I made an even shorter version using just the K, for a small mark, and fav icon.
The pattern in levels of details for the same 16:9 HD format
Kunzt had already palette of colors.
To make things ready to use, I made ready to go package of logo combination.
Simple yet effective pattern in all its colors.
